Nature has always awakened in the heart of men a feeling of peace and quiet. Even today, next to the frenzy city life, the green of the hills, the many colours of the Alps, the fauna and the flora that change depending on the natural environment where they develop, are more than a dynamic attraction for the domestic and international tourism. It is not an accident that the Alps were recently, and rightly so, declared as a heritage of the UNESCO. Especially with regard to the Colli Euganei with their geologic peculiarities they represent an always fascinating landscape. This magazine continues the long series of very successful issues about the natural sites of the Veneto, Friuli and Trentino Alto Adige Regions and that are much sought after by the readers. After the issue dedicated to the Park of the river Sile, I am now proud to present a complete work with the aim to enhance the typical environmental, historical, geographic and tourist peculiarities of the Colli Euganei Park. A special edition, and in English too, to enable to go back over the history of these beautiful locations with their wavy and appealing views. We are sure that no one will overlook the superb full photographs that especially in this issue highlight all the beauty and harmony of the Colli Euganei and of the surrounding tourist area.
